How credits work
- You see the exact number of credits before anything is made — nothing is spent without your say-so
- Credits for work still being made are on hold, and come straight back if it does not finish
- Plan and free credits are used before top-ups, soonest-to-expire first
- Plan credits renew each month and do not roll over; top-up credits last 12 months
- Yearly plans are paid once a year and add their credits every month
- Upgrade any time (you get the new plan's full credits straight away); a smaller plan starts at your next renewal
- Cancel any time — your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for
